Ragna was born and raised in Missoula and the surrounding area. She earned a major in Psychology here in Missoula. Ragna graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2000. Her treatment philosophy is to restore posture and movement patterns in order to: minimize strain, expedite healing, maximize performance, and reduce the risk of re-injury. She enjoys helping people figure out how to fit symptom management strategies, exercise, and positional changes into their busy schedules as much as modifying regular exercise routines. Her special interests in the clinic include restoring biomechanics and movement patterns to improve work and activity tolerance, manual therapy, and sports medicine.
Outside Axis Physical Therapy, Ragna enjoys spending time with her children, family, friends and horses in Montana’s outdoors, and at the fields and rinks.
